Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open XP Prompt → Dashboard in your Moodle nav.
2. Type a question in the search bar, e.g. "Show me course completion rates by department this month".
3. Review the generated SQL and result table.
4. Click Add to Dashboard and choose a widget type (bar chart, data table, KPI card…).
5. Drag widgets to arrange your layout. Publish the dashboard to share with your team.
